The ruby-colored 1999 Vosne-Romanee exhibits good density to its cherry and blackberry-scented aromatic profile. Fresh and baked cherries can be found in this well-balanced, yet firm, medium-bodied wine. It has copious tannins, yet they appear to be soft and ripe. Drink it over the next 4-5 years.
