The 2009 Rosso dei Notri is a touch more fragrant and vibrant than the 2010. Minerals, smoke and crushed rocks linger on the long, intense finish. It shows fabulous balance and an engaging personality. The Rosso is 50% Sangiovese and 50% international grapes. Anticipated maturity: 2011-2015.
