The 2007 CHARDONNAY was vinified on the lees for nine months in French oak. It is bright, light and refreshing, with a modest finish and well controlled oak nuances. It is rather fruity and tasty with some good acidity. It will always be better when younger. This is not a big wine, but it has some charm. Drink now-2010. All of Recanati’s wines are Kosher.
