The light straw-colored 2000 Chardonnay Three Jacks reveals pure mineral and citrus oil notes. The wine is tightly coiled in the mouth, with a luscious attack, that quickly narrows to reveal noticeable acidity along with hints of orange skin, lemon zest, and wet rocks.
