Hand-picked, whole bunch-pressed, fermented in French puncheons. The bouquet is yet to fully open up, but the palate has done so in no uncertain fashion, with its spear-like citrus edge to the melon and stone fruit flavours, the oak subtle. Has a bright future, but needs a year or two.
