Roditis, a Greek varietal best known for its use in the original Greek tragedy, Retsina, is the predominant varietal in the 2000 Foloi. This superb value displays floral and smoky white fruit aromas. Light to medium-bodied and possessing a soft texture, it is a delicate, juicy, elegant, and refreshing wine. Loads of well-detailed citrus fruits and candied almonds can be found throughout its expressive character. Drink it over the next 12-18 months.
