The terrific nose of the 2003 Nuits-St.-Georges Les Boudots boasts aromas of flowers, red cherries, blackberries, and blueberries. Medium to full-bodied, it is deep, broad, rich, and expressive. Its layers of velvety red and black fruits lead to a structured, tannic finish. Projected maturity: 2008-2018. Note: Three wines that were tasted as barrel samples in November, 2004 were re-tasted from bottle in June, 2005.
