The 2015 Chablis, vinified and raised in stainless steel, has a clean, quite-detailed lime blossom-tinged bouquet with hints of wet granite underneath. The palate is well balanced with a harmonious opening, a kind of “gentle” Chablis that just needs to have more tension and mineral-expression on the finish.
