Edulis is a relatively new bodega, founded in 1998, with 40 hectares of vineyard in Fuenmajor (Rioja Alta). The 2001 Crianza is 100% Tempranillo aged for 12 months in French and American oak. It is dark ruby-colored with an expressive bouquet of cedar, leather, mineral, and blackberry.
