The white 2013 Rupestris is a young blend of 81% Xarello, 6% Xarello Vermell (a particular strain of Xarello which has darker skins) and 13% Malvasia de Sitges and Macabeo matured for a short time in chestnut barrels. It has a delicate nose where the wood is imperceptible, with aromas of white flowers and notes of apples and fennel. The palate is light to medium-bodied, clean and fresh with a tasty finish. 15,000 bottles produced.
