This is not considered an easy vintage on Etna, but Graci has pulled off stellar results regardless. I am impressed by the elegance shown by this wine. The 2015 Etna Rosso Arcurìa demonstrates the enormous strides made by this landmark winery. The mouthfeel is silky and bright and almost weightless in texture. Don't be misled, because there is enormous structure, power and firmness too, although it is almost undeclared at the outset. The wine sneaks up on you and builds in upward momentum, thanks to bright cherry, dark mineral and licorice flavors.
