The 2007 Pinot Noir sports a complex aromatic array of sandalwood, mineral, underbrush, spice box, black cherry, and black raspberry. Firm, structured, and well-balanced on the palate, this succulent, lengthy effort will also evolve for several years and offer prime drinking from 2012 to 2022.
Trisaetum is owned by James and Andrea Frey with James and Greg McClellan serving as winemakers with consultation from Josh Bergstrom. Aside from Pinot Noir, the winery has a strong focus on Riesling. The Trisaetum Pinot Noirs are all made from estate fruit.
