Packaged in the estate's brown label, the Zuani 2017 Collio Vigne Bianco reveals a bright and citrusy bouquet with lemon leaf, grapefruit zest and slightly more substantial notes of peach or apple cobbler. The wine remains rigorously on the lean-bodied side of the spectrum. However, this white blend of Friulano, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio offers textbook freshness and minerality to serve with a light appetizer plate of cheeses, olives and the local prosciutto San Daniele.

The 2016 Collio Vigne Bianco is a blend of Friulano, Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio, representing a classic cuvée from Friuli Venezia Giulia in northeast Italy. Fermentation and aging are simple, executed in stainless steel alone. This allows for maximum freshness and purity of the primary fruit. Lemon, almond blossom and honey all emerge from the bouquet. With 60,000 bottles made, you get good value here.

The 2014 Collio Bianco Vigne is a blend of Friulano, Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio aged in stainless steel. The intensity is slightly dialed down in this vintage, but the wine successfully delivers a steady stream of stone fruit, honey and floral aromas. The finish shows a piquant touch of acidity that you feel at the tip of your tongue. It is streamlined and tight overall.

A blend of Friulano, Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio (in stainless steel), the 2012 Collio Bianco Vigne opens to a very perfumed bouquet with plenty of exotic fruit, white peach, fragrant melon and orange blossom.
