Yarra Burn's 2006 Pinot Noir Chardonnay Pinot Meunier gives aromas of lemon tart, apple slices and a nice bit of toasty character with some almonds and honeysuckle. With crisp acid, a good concentration of creamy citrus flavors, small persistent bubbles and a long finish, this makes for a very pleasant, well-priced sparkler. Drinking now, it has some capacity to develop richness over the next 3-4 years. Under the Constellation Wines Australia umbrella, Yarra Burn is not currently exported to the US.
