The 2002 Taurasi Riserva Rajamagra reveals unusual freshness for a wine that is eight years of age. Vibrant dark fruit, flowers, dried herbs and oak are some of the notes that emerge as the wine opens up in the glass. Anticipated maturity: 2010-2016. Vinosia makes a wide range of wines, perhaps too many considering the inconsistent quality of the bottles I tasted. Readers are best served focusing on the top offerings.
