The new set of releases contains one white wine, the 2009 Menguante Garnacha Blanco which was fermented and aged in stainless steel. Light straw-colored, it offers up a fragrant perfume of bees’ wax, melon, and honey leading to a smooth-textured, ripe, flavorful wine which lover the next 3 years. Bodegas Pablo is a family-owned winery in the DO of Carinena. They farm biodynamically and the estate vineyards range in age from 30 to 100+ years.
