A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah. Has reserved aromas of black cherry and plum, and a solid core of black-cherry and berry fruit and spice. Dry and well balanced, not fat. Elegant, if a bit lean, this Cab blend offers ripe black cherry and plum flavors with strong notes of cedar and eucalyptus. Has good intensity, with firm tannins and a clean, fruity finish.
