Yellowish in color, with round, vanilla-based aromas. The palate is slightly resiny, but there’s also some nice white pepper and apple flavors. Yes, it’s probably too woody for its own good, but overall the wine has a balanced mouthfeel and isn’t yet slipping to the soft and spineless zone where most Chilean Chards go to die.
