(408) 354-6150; www.testarossa.com From the Santa Lucia Highlands and vines planted in 2008, the 2012 Chardonnay Dos Rubios Vineyard is a medium-bodied, elegant Chardonnay that has pretty white peach, apple and white flowers, with hints of minerality coming through on the palate. It’s a beautifully put together white that will drink nicely for 3-4 years.

Testarossa purchases fruit, but this wine was made from fruit sourced from the winery’s own vineyard. This is ultraclean and crisp in acidity, and it offers flavors of tropical fruit and an overlay of oak. Drink now. — (4/1/2013) —91
