The 2008 Soave Classico Capitel Tenda is an attractive white with good varietal definition in its aromas and flavors and a crisp, refreshing finish. Anticipated maturity: 2009-2011. Tedeschi seems to struggle achieving a consistent level of quality across all of their offerings. I found the simpler wines better balanced than the more important bottles.
