A blend of 75% Syrah, 15% Grenache and 10% Sangiovese, the 2021 La Cuadrilla has a medium ruby-purple color and scents of cassis, blueberry preserves, violet, earth and autumn leaves. The medium-bodied palate is concentrated yet light on its feet with bright acidity, dusty tannins and a long, spicy finish. Profits of the Caudrilla go to Stolpman's full-time crew of 30 employees. 8,400 cases were produced.

Medium ruby-purple, the 2020 La Cuadrilla is scented of red and black berry fruits with undertones of forest floor, aniseed and flint. The palate is medium-bodied, smooth and fresh, with earth-laced fruits and a spicy finish.

The 2019 La Cuadrilla is a blend of 70% Syrah, 15% Grenache and 15% Sangiovese. Medium ruby-purple, it opens with perfumed red and blue berry fruits with nuances of licorice and flowers. The medium to full-bodied palate bursts with juicy fruits in a grainy frame, and it finishes long with loads of floral nuances. 4,800 cases produced.

The medium ruby-purple colored 2018 La Cuadrilla is a blend of 70% Syrah, 15% Grenache and 15% Sangiovese. The nose is open-knit with bright cranberries, raspberries and blackberries with nuances of forest floor, laurel and dried flowers. The palate is medium-bodied, super silky, bright and lifted with juicy freshness carrying the long finish. 4,500 cases produced.

The 2017 La Cuadrilla is a blend of 55% Syrah, 27% Sangiovese and 18% Grenache. It has a medium ruby-purple color and has pretty aromatics of fresh red cherries and cranberry with sliced blueberry, lilac, black cherries, warm earth and meaty/spicy touches in the background. Medium to full-bodied, it gives up loads of wonderfully ripe fruit in the mouth with firm, grainy tannins and juicy freshness, finishing long with gobs of sweet fruit. Yum! 4,400 cases produced.
