The 2018 Estate Roussanne contains 12% Chardonnay from the Stolpman estate and was aged in a small portion of new wood. The nose opens with dried hay and beeswax with notes of baklava, lemon and white peaches. The medium to full-bodied palate is rounded and savory with gentle freshness and a long, yeasty finish. 1,600 cases produced.

The 2017 Estate Roussanne has an explosive nose! Scents of honeysuckle, musk, baked peaches, jasmine and honeycomb with savory notes of beeswax and dried hay. It’s full-bodied, rounded and creamy in the mouth, with intensely perfumed fruits and just enough acidity on the long, floral finish.
