The 2017 Collio Friulano (with 20,000 bottles made) is a lean to mid-weight wine that would stand up to chicken salad or fried chicken alike. It shows good versatility. The wine is mildly creamy and rich with a generous bouquet of tropical fruit, white peach and sweet almond. A mere 15% of the wine is aged in oak and the rest sees contact with stainless steel alone.
