The 2017 Collio Pinot Grigio is a light and fragrant wine to pair with a summer dish such as insalata caprese with tomato, mozzarella and fresh basil. The wine moves quickly over the palate with zesty flavors of citrus and honeydew melon. Only 15% of the must is fermented in oak and the rest goes straight into stainless steel in order to maintain the direct and fruit-forward nature of this easy-drinking wine. An ample 35,000 bottles were made.
