The glycerin-imbued, rich 1997 Rosazzo Bianco is a blend of 40% Chardonnay, 10% Picolit, 40% Sauvignon, and 10% Tocai. This limited production cuvee possesses considerable body, copious amounts of glycerin, a liquid lemony/lime-like personality (key lime pie comes to mind), wet stone-like notes, and a layered, clean, refreshing finish. It is best consumed over the next year.
