The still wines begin with the 2009 Blanc de Pacs, a blend of 48% Parallada, 28% Xarel-lo, and 24% Macabeo raised in stainless steel. On the nose it exhibits a salty minerality along with earth and white fruit notes. On the palate lime and other citrus flavors make an appearance leading to a clean, medium long finish.
