The 2018 Vernaccia di San Gimignano Fiore offers the freshest bouquet compared to the other two new releases from this estate. This wine presents white peach, apricot and white rose or star jasmine. However, the mouthfeel pulls in more texture and weight than you might expect. This is a medium-bodied white that could work with a rockfish couscous.
