The Molino di Sant'Antimo 2015 Brunello di Montalcino Paolus opens to a dark garnet appearance that keeps a good amount of the ambient light within. When you sip this wine, it offers a momentary interlude of sweetness that directly transfers to bright berry freshness, licorice and camphor ash. It wraps over the palate with delicate and silky intensity. However, all said and done, this wine offer accessible and near-term drinking appeal. The was bottled in August 2019 and was released in January 2020. Some 25,000 bottles were released.
