Mas Comtal’s 2008 Pomell de Blancs is a 50-50 blend of Chardonnay and Xarel-lo fermented and aged in stainless steel with 2 months of lees contact. Light straw-colored, it emits a slightly reticent perfume of spring flowers, honey, and melon.
