The nose of the 2015 Leopardi Brut Nature felt completely different and unique, very nutty (chestnuts?) after more than 70 months with lees, and it had a sweet sensation of syrup, despite being bone dry, quite original and attractive. It's a blend of 45% Macabeo, 40% Xarel.lo and 15% Parellada with a serious and dry palate with a tasty finish. 31,000 bottles produced.
