The 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon received the same upbringing. It has a less saturated appearance, similar mint aromas, but on the palate it is firmer and more structured bordering on sinewy. It has some attractive flavors but the 2006 is a safer bet. Lake Breeze was established in 1950. The purple-colored 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon was aged for 20 months in French and American oak. It exhibits a nose of cedar, eucalyptus/mint, black currant, and blackberry. This leads to a medium to full-bodied wine with layered fruit, savory flavors, plenty of spice, good balance and a lengthy finish. All it is missing is complexity but that may come with 1-2 years of additional cellaring.Lake Breeze was established in 1950.
