The 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon received the same upbringing. It has a less saturated appearance, similar mint aromas, but on the palate it is firmer and more structured bordering on sinewy. It has some attractive flavors but the 2006 is a safer bet. Lake Breeze was established in 1950.
