The 2019 Odyssey Cabernet Sauvignon was matured in French hogsheads and barriques for 18 months. It shows, aromatically, in a savory display of cigar box, resin and cedar. In the mouth, the concentrated fruit comes to the fore, with a dense display of mulberry, damson and blood plum. It is sturdy and traditional, but very good. This will age very well.

Released in September 2018, the 2013 Odyssey Cabernet Sauvignon is presently barrel-dominated on the nose, laden with scents of vanilla, cinnamon, coconut and cedar. On the full-bodied palate, there's some rich cassis fruit that's similar to brandied fruitcake along with a plush, velvety texture with terrific length. Give it a couple of years for the oak to settle down and drink it over the next decade.

Looking a decade into the past, the 2008 Odyssey Cabernet Sauvignon is earthy, dark and dense, with meaty notes that do a nice job highlighting the cassis fruit. It's medium to full-bodied, with velvety tannins and a long finish. It should drink well through 2025.
