The high-class, limited production 1991 Cabernet Sauvignon Odyssey reveals a dark plum color with amber creeping in at the edge. The evolved color is not reflected in the wine's youthful, fresh personality. Still revealing dry wood tannins, this full-bodied, classy, cedary, spicy, black currant-scented and flavored wine possesses layers of depth and a long finish. The elevated tannin level suggests another 2-3 years of cellaring is required. The wine should evolve nicely for another 10-15 years. Impressive!
