The very young and fruit-driven 2021 El Pedal Tempranillo is a ripe and juicy blend of Tempranillo with 4% Mazuelo (Cari?ena) despite the contained 13.7% alcohol. It comes from younger vineyards, and 50% of the wine matured in 500-liter barrels and the rest in concrete for six months. 95,000 bottles. It was bottled in April 2022.

The approachable red 2019 El Pedal Tempranillo wants to showcase the subtleness and freshness of their youngest vineyards. It's produced in a very approachable style, with a juicy palate and fine tannins but no noticeable oak. It's easy to drink but complex and serious enough to deserve some attention. It matured in 500-liter oak barrels and concrete. 90,000 bottles were filled in September 2020.

The young and fleshy red 2018 El Pedal Tempranillo mixes some young-vine fruit from their Finca Emperatriz estate, but it also has grapes from other vineyards in Fuenmayor, Navarrete and Hornos de Moncalvillo. Therefore, it does not carry the name Finca La Emperatriz, which is reserved for the estate wines. The aim is to produce a fresh and easy-drinking Tempranillo matured in 500-liter oak barrels and concrete where the oak does not play a leading role. They expect to produce around 60,000 bottles of it. It will be bottled in late July 2019 to be released in September.
