The 2021 Pinot Noir from Adelaide Hills is bright, crunchy and a little tart in the mouth, with raspberry pip, poached rhubarb, crunchy red apples, red cherries and star anise. The wine has a good amount of density of flavor on the mid-palate, and it splays out through the finish, lingering and wisping through memory. Nicely done.

Pale ruby-purple color, the 2013 Pinot Noir opens with aromas of red currants, cranberries and pomegranate with suggestions of wild thyme and damp earth. Light-bodied and a little lean and bitter in the mouth, it nonetheless provides appealing “Pinosity” with lightly played tannins and a medium to long finish. Drink it now to 2017. Pale ruby-purple in color, the 2012 Pinot Noir is scented of ripe raspberries and red cherries with hints of violets, tree bark and dried herbs. Light to medium-bodied and possessing a good amount of elegantly expressed, red berry and earthy flavors, it has soft, silky tannins and a refreshing acid line, finishing with good persistence. Medium ruby-purple colored, the 2010 Pinot Noir offers a wonderful intensity of vibrant red cherry and cranberry aromas with hints of forest floor, lavender and ground cinnamon. Medium bodied, the palate provides a good concentration of youthful red berry flavors with a medium level of silky tannins, refreshing acidity and a long finish with some earthiness coming through.
