The 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of 79% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Cabernet Franc, 4% Merlot, 4% Syrah, 4% Malbec and 1% Petit Verdot. Aromas of dark fruits and a fine mineral essence lift from the glass with ease and finesse. Medium to full-bodied, the wine offers a firm tannic grip with fresh and lively mineral tension before uncoiling across the delightfully food-friendly finish. Just under 16,000 bottles were produced after the wine rested for 20 months in 47% new oak.

Made with the addition of 4% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc, 1.5% Malbec and 1.5% Petit Verdot, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon has a soft, open-knit nose with dark red and black fruit essences and a dusty, floral expression. Medium to full-bodied, the palate is balanced, offering notions of leather, pencil shavings and dusty red flowers with a tannic edge and ending with lingering flavors of dried plum and roasted coconut. Just over 17,000 bottles were filled after the wine rested for a year and a half in a mix of French and American oak, 51% new.

The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits notes of crushed cassis, dark plums, pencil shavings and creamy new oak. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, chewy and rustic, with a good core of concentrated fruit and American oak-inflected flavors that evoke young Rioja. It's a characterful wine that won't be for everyone.
