There’s a hint of volatility to the otherwise heady aromas of dried apricot and candied pineapple, but the flavors seem unaffected, delivering loads of sweet stone fruit and citrus. Thick and viscous on the palate, finishing long and sweet, if somewhat low in acidity. Approachable now, but should easily age for 20–30 years. Imported by Classical Wines——J.C.(5/1/2005)—— 91
