The 2007 Trento Metodo Classico Brut Perlé Rosé is made with Chardonnay and Pinot Nero. This rose-colored sparkler opens to beautiful aromatic intensity with dried cranberries, cassis, toasted almond and white cherry. This bottle was disgorged in 2013. The mouthfeel is tonic and tight with a great sense of fullness, aged complexity and refreshing acidity at the back.
