The 2022 Single Vineyard Shiraz is very light in the glass and leads with raspberry pip, red licorice, shaved fennel and a hint of anise on the nose. On the palate, the wine is soft, supple and light in every respect. It's placid, cooling and pretty. I like it. There is joy here for sure, but I am left wanting a little more in the flavor department. This was tasted blind as part of the "Value for Money" tasting in September 2023. RRP $25 AUD.
