The 2007 ROSE is all Cabernet Sauvignon from Mount Meliton on Sithonia Peninsula. I liked it a lot on opening, as it seemed full and earthy, distinctive and interesting. There was a hint of herbs on the tight finish. It was a little bit different for a pink. That said, it faded fast, even for a pink.
