The 2007 Muscadet Cotes de Grandlieu Classic smells and tastes of fresh apple and grapefruit with hints of oyster shell and sea spray. At once luscious and bright, it introduces a lovely, deep scallop-like savory sweetness in its finish reminiscent of Chablis. Enjoy it over the next two years. Jerome and Luc Choblet have not missed a beat in 2007, fielding another collection of infectiously delicious and superb value wines. The hard part is keeping track of their numerous properties and cuvees, of which I tasted only the following three.Importer: Stacole Fine Wines, Boca Raton, FL; tel.
