While Domaine de Fenouillet's finest 1994 and 1995 red wine cuvees have not yet arrived in the market, the 1994 Cotes du Ventoux resembles a dark-colored rose. It reveals an herbal, olive, and cherry-scented nose, soft, spicy, richly fruity flavors, and light to medium body. This is a quasi-rose wine for drinking slightly chilled.
