This 2021 Twilight Of The Adelaide Hills Chardonnay is tart and taut and tight and tense. All the T's. It's also a touch tangy through the middle palate. Still extraordinarily frisky at this young age, give it a year or two to settle into itself. The high acid will allow it to evolve slowly and gracefully, no doubt, although a touch more fruit weight would assist immeasurably in that department.

The 2013 Twilight of the Adelaide Hills Chardonnay is scented of nectarines, pears and Golden Delicious apples with a creamy, yeasty undercurrent. Light-bodied and purely fruited in the mouth, it has straightforward apple and peach flavors lifted by zesty acid and a finish of medium persistence. Drink it now to 2016.
