Among the new releases is a 2009 Chardonnay sourced from Gamache, Kestrel, and Smasne vineyards. Light gold in color, it displays an attractive nose of apple, poached pear, and baking spices. Medium-bodied with good volume, this savory effort is well-balanced and has moderate length. Drink it over the next 2-3 years.
