A pretty blend of equal parts Malvasia Bianca and Chardonnay, the oak-fermented Conti Zecca 2017 Luna shows the subtle floral fragrances of the first grape with the creamier stone fruit aromas of the second. The two varieties work in lockstep, offering freshness and a lean texture. Apricot, yellow rose and honeydew melon emerge from the bouquet, easily complementing a New England clam chowder or a rockfish soup. Some 18,000 bottles were made.
