An excellent value, the barrel-fermented 1999 Sauvignon Blanc was produced from 4-5 year old vines and contains 25% Semillon. A Riesling-like, sweet herbal tea bouquet leads to a light to medium-bodied, stone, apple, and melon-flavored character.
