I enjoyed this wine (100% Grenache). It offers an unmistakable nose of black raspberries and roasted nuts. This somewhat kinky, dark ruby/purple-colored wine's only negative is its rustic tannin in the finish. Overall, it is a fleshy wine with sweet fruit and an attractive peppery, spicy character. Drink it over the next 1-2 years. This wine, which is made from 100% Tinta de Pais and estate-bottled, is an amazing value from this Spanish appellation.
