The 2020 Manía was produced with Sauvignon Blanc and is herbal and faintly reductive, with moderate alcohol and good acidity. It finishes dry with pungent varietal notes.

The unoaked 2017 Manía is a pure Verdejo with varietal characteristics, lightly medicinal and balsamic, fresh and clean. It has a balanced palate with good focused flavors and a dry, faintly bitter finish. It's kept with the lees for at least four months before bottling. 20,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in March 2018.

This light, firm white offers modest pear and herbal flavors, undercut by a slightly earthy finish. Drink now. 500 cases made, 200 cases imported.??–TM??Region: Spain / Rueda Select to Add
