The 2008 Mencia (the lone red offering) was made with considerable whole bunches and reveals aromas of cherry-accented carbonic maceration. Spicy on the palate with a good acid structure and a tangy tartness, it will drink nicely for another 3-4 years. Bodegas do Campo is a family owned 78 acre estate located in Ribadavia.
